Moroccan Lamb Chops Recipe
I was quite doubtful about this Moroccan Lamb Chops, but this dish gave me a big surprise when I tried this for the party last week. Yes, believe me when I say that no one in the party missed to praise me for this yummy brew. Check out the recipe of Moroccan Lamb Chops, I am sure you will love it.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 (1 1/2 pound) French cut lean racks of lamb, 8 ribs each
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon currants (optional)
6 cups hot cooked couscous
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
Rub lamb with spice mixture; let stand 5 minutes.
Place racks of lamb on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing into chops.
Stir currants into cooked couscous, if desired.
Serve chops over couscous.
