GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill pan to high.
MAKING
2. With a little olive oil Brush chops.
3. In a small container, mix dry spices by covering and shaking to combine.
4. Into the chops on both sides rub spice blend and grill them for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once, for medium rare and 10 to 12 minutes for medium to medium-well.
