 Sodium chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Couscous2/3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 2/3 cup Pitted Dates or Pitted Prunes, chopped
 1/2 cup chopped green onions
 1/3 cup Golden or Seedless Raisins
 Sliced almonds3 Tablespoon, toasted

Directions

• Combine broth, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.
• Stir in couscous, dates, green onions and raisins. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
• Stir couscous mixture with fork; spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
