| Onion | 1 Medium, grated | |
| Parsley | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped | |

Directions
1 In a bowl, mix the chicken with grated onion, parsley, spices, lemon juice, and olive oil.
2 Mix well to coat the chicken completely.
3 Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
4 Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into even size cubes as shown in the video.
5 Cut the cherry tomatoes in to halves.
MAKING
6 For each skewer, alternate a piece of chicken with a piece of vegetable, as shown in the video.
7 Barbecue the chicken on a charcoal BBQ or an electric grill.
8 Rotate the skewers so that all chicken sides are cooked.
SERVING
9 Serve immediately.
