Morning Shake Up Recipe
Ingredients

Directions
MAKING
1) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine all ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed.
SERVING
1) Pour Morning Shake Up in 2 glasses and serve immediately.
