Morning Mocha Smoothie Recipe Video

Ingredients

-normal portion of coffee (1 or 2 cups)
-1/2 to a full cup of milk (1/2 cup of skim)
-a little natural yogurt to give it a creamy base and for some natural sweetness.
- A few ice cubes (2-3 cubes)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein

How to make Morning Mocha Smoothie

There is nothing like a great and refreshing smoothie in the morning after you get up! I too don't like a heavy breakfast early in the day.. this smoothie followed by a great and healthy breakfast seems just perfect.. I also liked your video on cooking greens in different ways :)
