5-Min Mornay Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Grated cheese | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. Melt the butter or margarine, blend the flour, salt and mustard into it.
2. Gradually add the milk, stir and cook 2 minutes.
3. Add the cheese and continue to cook, stirring until the cheese is melted.
