Mormon Ham And Potato Casserole Recipe

Directions
Ham slices, sliced potatoes, sliced dill pickles and chopped onions in layers in casserole dish. Melt butter in frying pan. Add flour, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add consomme, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over ham and potatoes in casserole, and cover with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
