Ingredients

 2 cups thin ham slices
 3 potatoes, cooked and sliced thin
 2 small dill pickles, sliced very thin
 Onions2 Small, chopped
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) consomme
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 3 drops Tabasco Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

Ham slices, sliced potatoes, sliced dill pickles and chopped onions in layers in casserole dish. Melt butter in frying pan. Add flour, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add consomme, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over ham and potatoes in casserole, and cover with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
