Mormon Whole Meal Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Hot water | 2 Quart | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Shredded cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 , diced | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Melt butter, add meat and brown.
Add water and bring to a full rolling boil.
Add vegetables.
Bring back to a boil.
Add rice and seasonings.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
