Ingredients

 200 g jumbo porridge oats
 25 g flaked bran or wheat germ
 75 g barley or rye flakes
 50 g hazelnuts, lightly crushed
 Almonds50 Gram, flaked
 Raisins50 Gram
 Dried apricots50 Gram, chopped
 Maple syrup6 Tablespoon
 Skimmed milk75 Milliliter
 4 tablespoons low-fat Greek yogurt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate overnight. (You may need to add more milk to keep the right consistency as the muesli absorbs most of the liquid.)
Those with a sweet tooth may want to top with more maple syrup!
