Ingredients
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.Thoroughly mix ingredients in order given.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle paper with about 1/2 teaspoon flour.
With your fingers, press dough into a square (on the paper) about 7 x 9 inches, 1/3 inch thick.
Cut into small squares (1 to 1 1/4 inch).
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Cool, then transfer to cookie tin, cover, and store at room temperature.
