| 75 lb. plain white cornmeal | ||

| Yeast | 1 Pound | |
| Bran | 15 Pound | |

Directions
Mix ingredients in 6 or 7 wooden barrels for three days until the mash ferments.
Then place it in a still and cook off the run.
Collect steam and cool to get moonshine.
Mix first run with last run to get a higher proof alcohol.
This recipe yields approximately 48 gallons.
