 75 lb. plain white cornmeal
 Sugar300 Pound
 Yeast1 Pound
 Bran15 Pound
 Water300 Gallon

Directions

Mix ingredients in 6 or 7 wooden barrels for three days until the mash ferments.
Then place it in a still and cook off the run.
Collect steam and cool to get moonshine.
Mix first run with last run to get a higher proof alcohol.
This recipe yields approximately 48 gallons.
