Ingredients

 Ground groundnuts - 1 cup, peeled and nicely
 Green chillies4
 Coconut1 Tablespoon, grated
 Coriander leaves - handful, sliced
 Juice of lime - 1 teaspoon, strained
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Asafoetida - a pinch
 Salt1 To taste
 Sugar - to taste
 Chilli powder - to taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a vessel mix together peanuts, chillies, salt, coconut, sugar and 4 cups water.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Take off from fire and add coriander leaves.
4. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons ghee and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.
5. When seeds stop spluttering, add groundnuts.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
