 Moong ki hari dal1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked for 2 days
 Oil1 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium, finely chopped
 Tomato1 Medium, finely chopped
 Methi leaves1 Cup (16 tbs), washed, drained and finely chopped
 Brinjal3 , cut and put inside water
 Aloo3 Medium, cut and put inside water
 Salt To Taste
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
 Coconut4 Teaspoon (For Grinded Masala)
 Roasted gram1 Teaspoon (For Grinded Masala)
 Onion1 (For Grinded Masala)

Directions

In a pressure cooker put oil,then add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
Then add curry leaves,onion and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Now add methi leaves and fry till it becomes soft
Add brinjal,aloo tomato and fry till tomato becomes mashy and brinjal becomes soft.
Now add Moong Ki Hari Dal and fry for 2mins.
Then grinded masala,fry till raw smell goes.
Add salt,water little and allow bubbles to come.
when taste is okay,cover the lid.
When 1 whistle comes turn off the gas and allow to become cool.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Ready to eat with hot rice,chapati,roti..........
