Ingredients

 
Moong Ki Hari Dal-1cup(soak 2days)
 
Oil-1tsp
 
Mustard seeds-1tsp
 
Curry leaves-20(finely chopped)
 
Onion-1(medium)finely chopp
 
Tomato-1(medium)finely chopp
 
Methileaves-1cup(wash and drain chopp finely)
 
Brinjal-3(cut and put inside water)
 
Aloo-3 medium size(cut and put inside water)
 
Salt to taste
 
Water as required
 
For Grinded Masala
 
Coconut-4tsp
 
Roasted Gram-1tsp
 
Onion-1
 
Tomato-1
 
Coriander-3tsp
 
Sambar pd-2tsp
 
Water-little
 
grind this to a smooth paste

Directions

In a pressure cooker put oil,then add mustard seeds,allow to splutter.
Then add curry leaves,onion and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Now add methi leaves and fry till it becomes soft
Add brinjal,aloo tomato and fry till tomato becomes mashy and brinjal becomes soft.
Now add Moong Ki Hari Dal and fry for 2mins.
Then grinded masala,fry till raw smell goes.
Add salt,water little and allow bubbles to come.
when taste is okay,cover the lid.
When 1 whistle comes turn off the gas and allow to become cool.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Ready to eat with hot rice,chapati,roti..........
