MOONG DAL HALWA Recipe

Ingredients
Soak & paste MOONG DAL 500 GRAM
GHEE 250 GRAM
SUGAR 350 GRAM
MILK 250 MLS
Powdered GREEN CARDAMOM 05 GRAM
WHOLE CASHEWNUT 75 GRAM
RAISINS 50 GRAM
KHOYA 100 GRAM
Directions
1. Soak the moong daal and make a fine paste in a grinder.
2. Heat the ghee in a wok and fry the paste till the ghee is released.
3. Add the sugar and the milk and the green cardamom, fried whole cashewnuts raisins and the grated khoya.
4. Serve hot.
