Mooli And Sprouted Moong Cuchumber Recipe
Ingredients
| Green radish leaves 1 bunch | ||
| Sprouted green gram 100 gm. Lime 1 | ||
| Green chillies | 10 Gram (For 15) | |
| Peanut flour (roast the 10 gm. peanut and powder) | ||
| Onion | 20 Gram (For 15) | |
| Oil | 15 Milliliter (For 15) | |
| Mustard seeds a pinch | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 15) | |
Directions
1. Wash and chop radish leaves finely. Chop onion.
2. Steam sprouted gram for about 5 minutes.
3. Mix with radish leaves.
4. Add salt and peanut flour.
5. Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they crackle, pour over the radish and gram mixture.
6. Add lime juice and mix well and serve.
