1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Sprinkle paprika (optional)
Directions
Cut cheese into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Place slices 3 inches apart on a non-stick baking sheet €” cheese will spread while baking.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, garlic powder and paprika if desired.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees, watch closely.
Remove crisps and cool on paper towels.
