Montego Bay Recipe
Ingredients
| Ice cubes - 5 numbers | ||
| Juice of fresh lime or lemon - 1/2 | ||
| White creme de menthe - 1 part | ||
| White or golden rum - 3 parts | ||
| Mint sprig | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Place the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the fruit juice, creme de menthe and rum over the ice; shake until a frost forms.
3. Strain and pour into a sour glass.
SERVING
4. Garnish with mint and serve.
5. Decorate it with drink umbrellas and swizzle sticks.
