Monster Cookies Recipe
Monster Cookies is simple to make Halloween Recipe. Monster Cookies gets its gigantic taste from oats mixed with eggs and milk chocolate flavored with vanilla extracts. Kids simply love this Monster Cookies.
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Peanut butter | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 1/2 cups regular oats, uncooked | ||
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup candy coated milk chocolate pieces | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate morsels package | 1 | |
Directions
Cream butter; gradually add sugars.
Beat well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla; beat well.
Add oats, soda, and salt; stir well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pack dough into a 1/4 cup measure.
Drop dough 4 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Lightly press each cookie into a 3 1/2 inch circle with finger tips.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes (centers of cookies will be slightly soft).
Cool slightly on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks, and cool completely.
