Mongolian Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs round steak
1 t powdered ginger
4 t black pepper
1/2 t tamari
1 t & 1 t butter
1 t lemon juice
2 t burgundy
Chives & alfalfa sprouts
Directions
Mix beef with ginger, shaping into four patties.
Sprinkle with tamari and pepper.
In a large skillet, sprinkle a layer of salt and place over high heat.
When salt begins to brown add meat and cook until well browned; turn.
When done, place a teaspoon of butter on each hamburger, add the lemon juice, and wine.
Remove patties from skillet.
Lower heat and swirl juices in pan.
Pour over meat.
Garnish with chives and alfalfa sprouts.
