Directions

Boil the monggo beans or mung beans with 1 PC. of broth cube vegetable flavour until quite smashed and set aside.

Using the same pot, heat the olive oil and saute the onions and the garlic until golden brown. Add the shrimps, the remainin half of broth cube, the ground pepper, the spinach, a glass of water and simmer until spinach are half way cooked. Add the beans to the mixture and simmer again for 5min.
