Ingredients
4 cups (960 ml) unbleached white flour
1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) Coconut Butter
2 tsp (10 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup (240 ml) ice water
Directions
Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
Cut in coconut butter with pastry knife until crumbly.
Add vinegar to ice water.
Stir in 2/3 water/ vinegar to flour mixture.
Add in rest of water/vinegar until you have desired consistency.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before rolling into pie crust.
Keeps up to 1 week in refrigerator or several months in freezer.
