I saw a great 'steamer' for steaming momos a couple of days ago in 'Take Home Chef'. It looks like small rounded baskets with a flat base so that they can be stacked one on top of the other. The chef, Curtis Stone, placed a couples of momos in each basket and stacked them up and placed the whole thing in a pan filled with water and steamed them for about 20 minutes. But I suppose they are different methods to steam momos. I heard that the idli cooker also works great!
