Mom's One-Pan Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking cocoa | 9 Tablespoon | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Sift the flour, sugar, baking cocoa, baking soda and salt into a greased 8x8 inch cake pan.
Make 3 holes in the flour mixture.
Pour the vanilla into one hole, the vegetable oil into the second and the vinegar into the third.
Pour the water over the entire mixture and whisk until well blended.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Frost as desired.
