Mom'S Chile Sauce Recipe
Mom'S Chile Sauce is a lovely piquant sauce that is mouth watering! I served this for an informal get together for dinner with some cooked meat and it was a complete success. Try making Mom'S Chile Sauce at home and you will understand why!

Ingredients
| Ripe tomatoes | 24 Large | |
| Onions | 6 Large | |
| Red peppers | 3 To taste | |
| Green peppers | 4 To taste | |
| Vinegar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mustard seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spice package | 1/2 | |
| Salt | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 Pinch |
Directions
Peel tomatoes and heat.
As it cooks, take off water, then add spice in a cloth sack.
Add all other ingredients after pudding through food chopper.
Boil until done, stirring often.
Takes about 4 hours.
Seal in 9-12 pints jars.
