Ingredients

 Unflavored gelatin2 Teaspoon
 Cold water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tuna fish1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 Celery3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sweet pickle relish3 Tablespoon
 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Lettuce

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; heat over boiling water to dissolve.
Cool.
Combine tuna fish, celery, onion, salt, pickle relish, and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Add to cool gelatin and stir well.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve on lettuce.
