Molded Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tuna fish | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Celery | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; heat over boiling water to dissolve.
Cool.
Combine tuna fish, celery, onion, salt, pickle relish, and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Add to cool gelatin and stir well.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve on lettuce.
