Molded Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
3 7 oz. cans grated tuna
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
2 tsbp. minced onion
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. mayonnaise
Parsley Celery curls
Directions
Combine tuna, eggs, olives, onion and celery.
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Stir into mayonnaise; add to tuna mixture.
Blend well; turn into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Chill; unmold.
Garnish with parsley and celery curls
