Directions
In saucepan soften 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 tablespoon) in 1/4 cup cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in one 10 3/4-ounce can condensed tomato soup; heat through.
Gradually blend into one 3-ounce package softened cream cheese.
Add V2 cup mayonnaise, 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horse radish, and dash bottled hot pepper sauce; beat smooth with rotary beater.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in one 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked; 1/2 cup chopped celery; and 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion.
Turn into a 3 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto lettuce.
