Molded Strawberry Crème Recipe
Hey, its weekend! It's time for some Molded Strawberry Crème once more! The Molded Strawberry Crème can be considered the gem of the Canadian cuisine. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Dessert! I have a weakness for Fruits, thus I prepare this recipe often. A real hit every time, this Molded Strawberry Crème is not to be missed!

Ingredients
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) strawberry-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup drained, frozen sliced strawberries (reserve 1/2 cup syrup)
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Combine the gelatin, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in the cold water and reserved strawberry syrup; cool.
Chill until mixture is slightly thickened.
Add the cream and beat with a rotary beater until just blended.
Mix in the strawberries.
Turn into a 5-cup fancy mold; chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold and invert onto a chilled serving plate.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
