Molded Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 pkg. lime jello
1 C boiling water
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 C cold water
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 t vinegar
3/4 C cottage cheese
1 t minced onion
1/2 C chopped celery
Directions
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into glass rectangular pan (8x8).
Refrigerate.
Serve on lettuce, topped with Shrimp Louie dressing.
