Molded Ice Cream Pineapple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (opt.)
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add ice cream; stir until melted.
Add pineapple and nuts if desired.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour into mold that has been greased with salad dressing.
Chill for 2 hours.
