Molded Grape Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope) | |
| Cold water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Frozen grape juice concentrate | 6 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Seedless grape halves | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Bananas | 2 Medium, diced | |
| Chopped nuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.
Add boiling water, sugar and salt; stir until dissolved.
Stir in grape and lemon juice.
Re frigerate until partially thickened.
Fold in fruits and nuts.
Pour into 1 quart mold.
Re frigerate until firm.
