Molded Cranberry-Orange Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package orange-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 14-ounce jar cranberry-orange relish | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt Crisp salad greens | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in relish and water chestnuts.
Fold in yogurt.
Pour into 1 -quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp salad greens.
Chill until slightly thickened.
