Molded Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| Hot water | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 10 Gram | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 or 2 cans crab meat | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in water; sprinkle in a few onion flakes.
Add tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cool until thickened.
