Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin-1 envelop | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Crab meat | 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hard-boiled eggs-2, diced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and then dissolve over hot water.
2)Add lemon juice and add crab meat, chili sauce, mayonnaise, eggs and celery. Mix well.
3)Take 1 large mold or 6 individual molds and pour the mixture.
4)Chill until firm.
SERVING
5)Unmold the crab salad in a salad plate and serve.
