Unflavored gelatin-1 envelop
 
Lemon juice-3 tablespoons
 
Crab meat-1 cup, flaked
 
Chili sauce-1/2 cup
 
Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
 
Hard-boiled eggs-2, diced
 
Celery-1/2 cup, diced

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and then dissolve over hot water.
2)Add lemon juice and add crab meat, chili sauce, mayonnaise, eggs and celery. Mix well.
3)Take 1 large mold or 6 individual molds and pour the mixture.
4)Chill until firm.

SERVING
5)Unmold the crab salad in a salad plate and serve.
