Ingredients

 
2 packages (4-serving size) or 1 package (8-serving size) JELL-O® Brand Orange or Lemon Flavor Gelatin
 
1 1/2 cups boiling water
 
1/2 pound (2 1/2 cups) finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
 
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
 
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
 
1/2 cup chopped scallions
 
1/4 cup chopped parsley
 
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; with electric mixer at medium speed, beat until well blended.
Gradually blend into gelatin.
Pour into 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with fresh fruit or vegetables, if desired.
Serve as an appetizer with assorted crackers.
