Unflavored gelatin-3/4 teaspoon
Milk-1/4 cup
Cream cheese-4 ounces
Mayonnaise-1 tablespoon
Sour cream-1 tablespoon
Lemon juice-1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder-1/8 teaspoon
Dill weed-1/8 teaspoon
Salt-1/8 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce-1/8 teaspoon
Black caviar-2 ounces, drained
Directions
MAKING
1)In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin and milk on low heat stirring continuously until gelatin is dissolved.
2)Fold in cream cheese and blend thoroughly and let it cool.
3)Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, onion powder, dill weed, salt, Worcestershire sauce and caviar. Mix well.
4)Take molds and pour the mixture into them. Chill until set.
SERVING
5)Take a serving plate and unmold. Serve with small melba toast rounds.
