Moulded Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2 tsp. grated onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Directions
Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water, vinegar and onion.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in vegetables.
Pour into 3 or 4 cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish if desired.
