Moulded Salad Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
2 pkg. lime Jello
2 cup boiling water
1 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (not drained)
1/2 cup nutmeats
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water and cool to room temperature.
Add pineapple and fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator.
