Molded Plum Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 3/4 cups boiling water or cider | ||
| 1/4 cup shredded moist candied citron | ||
| Seedless raisins | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), steamed | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dates | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in the cold water; then add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Cool; then add remaining ingredients and chill..
When gelatin mixture begins to congeal, stir until fruit and nuts are well distributed and pour into individual molds; chill until firm.
Unmold.
Serve with Orange Sauce, or whipped cream.
