Molded Horseradish Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 package lemon or lime gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), mixed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk, whipped | ||
Directions
1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water; let it cool.
2. Fold in a mixture of the mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and whipped cream.
3. Pour into a small rinsed mold and chill until firm.
4. Unmold, slice and serve with meat, vegetable or chicken salad.
