Molded Cranberry, Walnut Salad Recipe
|Lemon flavored gelatin||7 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cranberry sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Quick Thick)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple with juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|

After straining cranberries (or putting through sieve) combine with pineapple and juice and walnuts and add to gelatin mixture.
Chill until this is set, then unmold.
Before serving decorate with mayonnaise which has been mixed with whipped cream.
This can be used with any tube from Nos 31 to 35 on any of your molded creations.
