 Spinach leaves1 Quart, lightly packed
 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
 Cottage cheese1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 medium-size sweet green pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pack into a lightly oiled 5-cup ring mold.
Cover and chill 3-4 hours.
Unmold and garnish, if you like, with tomato wedges and parsley or watercress sprigs.
