Moulded Cherry Ring Recipe

| Non caloric liquid sweetener | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (To Equal 3/4 Cup Sugar) | |
| Red food coloring | 5 Drop | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Soften gelatin in juice mixture; stir over medium heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Add sweetener, food coloring, and cherries; bring just to boiling.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
Chill till partially set, stirring occasionally.
Fold in celery.
Pour into 5 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill till firm
