Of all the courses Side Dish happens to be my favorite and Molded Cheese the recipe that represents it. Indulge yourself in this Molded Cheese as Side Dish. The Molded Cheese is made with Cheese which can be easily found at any grocery store. Trust me when I say, you have to try Molded Cheese.

Ingredients

 
2 packages (4-serving size) or 1 package (8-serving size) Orange or Lemon Flavor Gelatin
 
1 1/2 cups boiling water
 
1/2 pound (2 1/2 cups) finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
 
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
 
1 cup sour cream
 
1/2 cup chopped scallions
 
1/4 cup chopped parsley
 
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; with electric mixer at medium speed, beat until well blended.
Gradually blend into gelatin.
Pour into 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with fresh fruit or vegetables, if desired.
