Directions

Trim fat from tenderloins.
Combine tenderloins, molasses, mustard, and vinegar in a zip top plastic bag.
Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Prepare grill.
Remove tenderloins from bag; discard marinade.
Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of 1 tenderloin.
Place tenderloins on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and cook 20 minutes or until thermometer registers 150° (slightly pink), turning occasionally.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
