Directions

Cream butter with extract; add molasses and beat well.
Blend flour and salt; add in fourths to creamed mixture, mixing until blended after each addition.
Stir in the pecans.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Cool slightly; roll in confectioners' sugar.
