1 cup honey
1/3 cup light molasses
1/3 cup water

3 quarts popcorn

In a heavy medium-size saucepan, combine honey, molasses, and water.
Cook slowly, stirring with a long-handled spoon until temperature on candy thermometer registers 250 °F.
Stir in butter until melted.
