Molasses Muffins Recipe
This delicious Molasses Muffins is from my grandma's cookbook. This Molasses Muffins is always a hit as a Snack . Treat your family to this Molasses Muffins and they are going to adore you for it.
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark molasses
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Place paper liners in 12 muffin cups.
Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, ginger and salt in medium mixing bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Set aside.
Blend remaining ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Pour into well in dry ingredients.
Stir just until ingredients are moistened.
Pour into lined muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake at 400°F, about 15 minutes, or until centers spring back when touched lightly.
