Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, place the shortening and sugar. Mix well.
3. Add the egg, molasses and the rest of the dry ingredients to the mix
4. On a cookie sheet, drop 1/2 teaspoon per cookie
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve warm or cold
